If it needs re-silvered, you may have to go outside of the US, as most of the old-school artisans who did that work are now gone, and many newer glass folks are afraid of the toxicity of the re-silvering process, as well as the government regulations (regarding the chemistry) for doing the work.
OK, so much for the humor 
What sort of condition is it in? What areas seem to be problematic? Is the boat structurally sound? We can help you if we know what it is you'd like to accomplish.
