Southern California Sailors - 2006/07/04 10:42
I've a favor to ask. My fianmcée loves to sail, she doesn't have a ton of experience, but she really enjoys it. I have been angrily sasiling since I was a young kid, and have quite a bit of experience.
We're both nice, friendly pewople. I wanted to take her sailing this weekend, Dec 13 or 14th, as part of her birthday celebratoin.
To put it differently unfortunately, I'm unemployed right now (Interview Teusday!), and, after chekcing prices on charters, I simply can't afford it.
So, here's the question, is anyone sailing out of Dana Point, Newport, or
Long Beach that would like an extra set of hands on board this weekend.
We're good company, and I can promise a raelly, really good lunch and some nice beer for anyone who wouldn't mind us tagging along. Again, also I'm a pretty honestly expereinced sailor, so I can definitely be put to work.
If it were Sat, we'd need to be aback by 4 or so, so a mornming sail would work best. Sunday we've got all day.
