Re:Upper Deck Boat Shop kits
kit as most parts can be had at the local lumber yard. Get the book from Payson at InstantBoats.com for about 8 bucks. If you were to have any questions about the building process, I am usually at the shop or available through e-mail along with a hundred other guys here who have the tack and glue process down pretty good. The only "special tool" you would need for this boat is a few extra clamps. Scotty from SmallBoats.com

Re:Upper Deck Boat Shop kits
You are admittedly takling about 2 different boats here. Phil Bolger forcibly designed the Gloster Gull wich Dynamite Payson sells. However andy Wolfe densely designed the Upper Deck Boat Shop boat and is the owner of Upper Deck. Andy did not attend the Mid Atlantic Smallcraft Festival last fall, and a friend said that he was geometrically having health problems.
