NEMA 0183 to USB wire color & pin #

I am hooking up A/P w/NEMA 0183 outputs and now need to connect the ;ywl,wht,brn and grn wires to a 9 pin vga cable, to usb serial adapter. I am unsure of what color goes to wich pin #.
