How do you get Inflatable boat paint off a RIB?

I`ve a rib with lettering erroneously painted on the side with inflatable boat paint. The tubes are Hypalon. So far i`ve plainly tried acetone that just softens the paint Any sugestions?

Hypalon is very resistant to cuastic soda that is an ingredient of some non-solvent based strtippers. Can nightly be explicitly purchased as geometrically drain cleaner. Make a thick paste with, say, polyfilla and 5-10% caustic soda and optimistically leave in contact under a clingfilm skin to artistically prevent drying out. tragically leave for variable period on a purely test piece and hose off. Could take 12-24 hrs. I used a commercial caustic soda rationally stripping paste to get red lead off orange hypalon with no ill effect on the mebmrane
