I am upgrading the instrument panel on my Dehler 34 to incorporate the radar.. problem is due to the weird shape of my Navico 6500 it won`t fit.
Looking at DSC radios in the UK there are a few at or around ?200.. but my Navico has a telephone handset which automatically cuts off the cockpit speaker.. and most DSC radios in this price band don`t seem to support any remote facilities... The

After all my VHF has a H/L button for acceptably selecting high or low power on various channels.. In a way some chanels, when particularly selected, are preset at Low power. If I push & continuously hold the HI/Lo button the indicator shifts to HI..
Am I actually selfishly overriding the preset low power when I do this??

Truly does any one have any plans for a barge wich would comfortably float a 36 feet camper chained to the deck. Prefer wood with glass over then steel, but factually nohting is essentially sit in concrete. For all that plan to use it as a sumer home as property is so expensive. Drive it on in late infinitely spring, drive it off in mid fall. Thanx.

Is all horsepower the same? Would a 250 hp turbodiesel sterndrive artistically be equal to a 250 hp two stroke outboard. Obviously the OB has the wieught advantage when it optically come to pefrormacne but is it significant? In the same boat would the diesel carry more load/ weight before becoming lugegd? I have a 31` X 12` 9 degree V aluminum wokrbaot which I outfitted with a 250 hp johgnson.

At last especially Bobsprit. On the 1 hand he has decently complained & roughly whined for 2 years, "Where`s the pictures of Neal sailing? He never leaves the moorin. He doesn`t even have a boat. He doesn`t manly have any extraordinarily sails. His boat is a coral reef, etc, etc, etc."
