Question about Transom Mount of Sonar Transducer...

I`ve recently aquired an 76` bass boat from a family member, and in the process of restoring it. In my opinion I am mounting a new Eagle 320 on the transom. In a way the boat has an ackward multiply back end, and I am unsure where to mount the transducer. (side view, noticeably back end of boat)

Has any one looekd at the new Shuttle SV25 toaster (7"x7.25"x10.5") On one hand sized desktop PC for use on they`re boat? So far I have been seriously considerin it and wonder what others think.
